Our Story — Why Aapvex Exists
Aapvex Technologies was founded by HR professionals who were tired of seeing bright, capable candidates fail to get HR jobs — not because they lacked potential or intelligence, but because their education had completely failed to prepare them for the actual realities of working in HR. Every interview panel said the same thing: "The candidate looks good on paper but has no practical experience."
This was frustrating to us as hiring managers. We were seeing hundreds of HR graduates who had studied for three or four years but could not set up a basic payroll, did not know what Form 16 was, had never actually read a labour law, and could not write a job description that would attract the right candidates. The gap between what colleges teach and what companies need had become enormous — and it was hurting both students and employers.
So we built the training we wished had existed when we were starting our own HR careers. Practical. Honest. Industry-connected. Genuinely focused on getting students hired — not just giving them a certificate to hang on a wall.
Aapvex started with a single course in Pune — our HR Generalist course — and grew from there as students recommended us to friends and the placement success stories spread. Today we offer seven specialised HR courses, serve students across Pune, Bangalore and pan-India via live online batches, and have built a placement network spanning hundreds of hiring companies.

- Students learn by doing — not by watching. Every concept is immediately applied in a practical exercise, case study, or software demonstration
