Do I need to know coding or programming? +
No coding required at all. Every tool we teach — Zapier, Power BI, ChatGPT, HRMS platforms — is designed for non-technical professionals. If you can use Excel and browse the internet, you can do these courses.
I already have an HR Generalist certificate. Will this be repetitive? +
No — these courses assume you know HR basics and build on top of them. The AI HR Professional Programme does include a short refresher module, but the majority is tools, automation, and analytics that you will not have covered in a standard HR Generalist course anywhere.
I'm working full-time. How do you manage timings? +
All AI courses run in weekend batches (Saturday and Sunday, typically 4–5 hours each day). Sessions are also recorded so you can catch up if you miss a class. The programme is specifically designed so working professionals do not have to take leave.
What does "placement support" actually mean? +
We share your profile with our network of hiring companies, help you build a professional resume that showcases your project portfolio, conduct mock interviews, and provide feedback. We are honest: we cannot guarantee a job offer — that is always the hiring company's decision. But students who complete the projects and engage actively with placement support have a significantly stronger profile than those who do not.
