1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at aapvex.com ("Website") and all training programmes, workshops, HR services, and related offerings provided by Aapvex Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry form, making a payment, or attending any class or session, you ("Student", "Client", or "User") agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or enrol in our programmes.
2. About Aapvex Technologies
Aapvex Technologies is an HR training institute and HR services company registered and operating in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We offer classroom and online training programmes in Human Resources, Payroll, Labour Law, HR Analytics, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and related disciplines, as well as HR consulting, recruitment outsourcing, payroll outsourcing, compliance audit, and corporate training services.

Aapvex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any programme or service at any time with reasonable notice. If a programme is discontinued after enrolment, enrolled students will be offered an alternative batch or a refund as per Section 6.
4. Enrolment & Admission
- Enrolment in any training programme is confirmed only upon receipt of the course fee (full or as agreed instalment) and issuance of a payment confirmation by Aapvex Technologies.
- Aapvex reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrolment if a student is found to have provided false information or is deemed unsuitable for the programme at its sole discretion.
- Seat availability is subject to batch capacity. Payment secures the seat; enquiry alone does not.
- Students must be at least 18 years of age to enrol independently. Enrolment by minors requires written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Batch timings, start dates, and delivery modes (classroom / online) are indicative and may be adjusted with prior notice to enrolled students.
5. Course Fees & Payment Terms
5.1 Fee Structure
Course fees are communicated at the time of enquiry and confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or receipt). Fees are subject to change for future batches; the fee applicable to you is the one confirmed at the time of your enrolment.
5.2 Payment Methods
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
- Cash (at the Pune centre, with receipt)
- EMI (through third-party finance partners where available — subject to eligibility)
5.3 Instalment Plans
Where an instalment plan is agreed upon, the schedule of payments will be communicated in writing at the time of enrolment. Missing an instalment by more than 7 days may result in suspension of access to classes or study materials until the outstanding amount is cleared. Aapvex is not responsible for any learning gap caused by non-payment.
5.4 Receipts
A payment receipt will be provided for every payment received. Students are advised to retain all receipts as proof of payment. Disputes without receipt evidence may not be entertained.
5.5 Taxes
All fees are inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST registration details will be provided upon request where a GST invoice is required.
Important: Fees paid to Aapvex Technologies are for the training programme only. Any third-party certification exam fees (e.g., ServiceNow CSA, SAP certification) are separate and payable directly to the respective certification body. Aapvex has no affiliation with or liability towards third-party certification bodies.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation by Student
- Before batch start (7+ days prior): 80% refund of fees paid. 20% is retained as administrative and processing charges.
- Before batch start (less than 7 days prior): 50% refund of fees paid.
- After batch start (within first 3 sessions): 25% refund of fees paid, subject to review.
- After the 3rd session: No refund. Students may, however, be allowed to defer to the next available batch once (subject to availability), at Aapvex's discretion.
6.2 Cancellation by Aapvex
- If Aapvex cancels a batch before it begins, enrolled students will receive a full refund or be transferred to the next available batch at their choice.
- If a batch is suspended mid-way due to reasons attributable to Aapvex, a proportionate refund will be issued for sessions not delivered.
6.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment source where possible. Cash refunds are available at the Pune centre.
6.4 Non-Refundable Items
- Registration or administrative fees (if charged separately)
- Study materials, books, or digital resources already provided
- EMI processing charges paid to third-party finance partners
- Any fees paid for third-party certification exams

7. Student Code of Conduct
All students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment during all sessions — classroom, online, and workshop-based. The following constitute grounds for immediate removal from the programme without refund:
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards trainers, staff, or fellow students — in person or online
- Recording, photographing, or screen-capturing any session, material, or content without explicit written permission from Aapvex
- Sharing, distributing, or reselling study materials, recorded sessions, or course content to any third party
- Providing false or misleading information at the time of enrolment
- Impersonating another student or attending sessions on behalf of another person
- Any conduct that disrupts the learning experience for other students
Aapvex Technologies reserves the right to terminate a student's enrolment for any of the above without liability for refund.
8. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content created, developed, and delivered by Aapvex Technologies — including but not limited to course curriculum, study materials, handouts, presentations, video recordings, case studies, templates, and website content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Aapvex Technologies.
- Students are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use study materials for their own learning purposes only.
- No part of any Aapvex course material may be reproduced, distributed, uploaded, shared on social media, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission from Aapvex Technologies.
- Aapvex Technologies' name, logo, brand identity, and course names are registered trademarks and may not be used without written authorisation.
- Unauthorised use of Aapvex's intellectual property will be pursued under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Information Technology Act, 2000, and may result in civil and criminal liability.
9. Website Use
- The content on aapvex.com is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or HR advice.
- Aapvex Technologies makes reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and up-to-date but does not warrant its completeness or accuracy at any given time.
- You must not use the website to transmit spam, malware, or any unlawful content.
- Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Aapvex does not endorse or take responsibility for third-party content.
- Aapvex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or shut down the website at any time without notice.
10. Privacy & Data
Your personal data (name, phone number, email address, educational background) collected at the time of enquiry or enrolment is used solely for the purposes of providing our services, communicating with you about your course, and sending relevant course updates. 11. Limitation of Liability
- Aapvex Technologies' total liability to any student or client, for any claim arising from the training or services, shall not exceed the total fees paid by that student or client for the specific programme or service in question.
- Aapvex is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses — including loss of employment opportunity, loss of income, or failure to secure a job — arising from enrolment in any programme.
- Placement support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee employment. Job offers are at the sole discretion of hiring companies.
- Aapvex is not responsible for any technical issues (internet outages, platform downtime) that may affect online sessions, provided reasonable alternative arrangements are made.
12. Placement Support Disclaimer
Aapvex Technologies provides placement support as part of its training programmes. This support includes resume preparation assistance, interview coaching, and sharing student profiles with its network of hiring partners. However:
- Placement support does not guarantee a job offer, a specific salary, or placement within a specific timeline.
- Job offers are entirely at the discretion of the hiring company. Aapvex has no control over hiring decisions.
- Students are expected to actively participate in the placement process — attend mock interviews, respond to recruiter communication promptly, and present themselves professionally.
- Placement support is available for a period of 6 months from the date of course completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Changes to These Terms
Aapvex Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website or enrolment in programmes after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or your use of Aapvex's services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days from the date the dispute arises.
